As participants engage in your DPP and begin their lifestyle change journey, it is not uncommon for some to experience challenges along the way! A great resource you may want to introduce early in your DPP, or if participants begin experiencing slowed/plateaued weight loss, or weight gain, is the “Prevent T2 Quick Guide”. Here, participants can find a wide variety of weight loss tips and “habits” of successful weight loss. This resource also reinforces the flexible/choice-based nature of the DPP. A great reminder of intrinsically valuing the uniqueness of each participant.
